Ordering semi-custom designs

We recommend ordering ready-made invitations at least two months before you plan to send them out.

The price of a ready-made collection includes three rounds of design revisions. We prepare the initial design based on your brief and the text you provide. You can then request up to two substantial revisions or alternative versions. Any further changes will incur an additional fee.

The minimum order quantity is 30 pieces. We do not offer reprints, so we recommend ordering around 10 extra pieces.

HOW TO ORDER

FILL THE FORM

1

Once we receive your enquiry form, we’ll prepare a quote and ask for a 50% deposit to secure your place in our studio’s schedule.

Once the deposit has been received, we begin working on the design, make the agreed revisions and finalise the colour palette. We then send you the digital proof for approval.

Once the design has been approved, we move on to production. At this stage, we’ll ask you to pay the remaining 50% balance and send you a spreadsheet to complete with your guests’ details for envelope addressing.

THE PRODUCITON

Once personalisation is complete, we assemble all the elements into a finished suite and carefully pack everything into a box. We offer delivery by courier or to a parcel locker.

ORDERING

Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute an immediate contract. By completing the form, the Client submits an offer to purchase specific goods.

Orders containing incorrect contact details that make communication impossible will not be processed.

Fonts and layouts may be modified, provided that we always strive to preserve the overall spirit of each design.

We do not reproduce designs created by third parties.

The basic stationery set consists of the main invitation card and envelope. All additional inserts, cards and designs are available at an extra cost.

DESIGN AND APPROVAL OF DIGITAL PROOFS

Please review all text very carefully. Once the digital proof(s) have been approved, no further changes can be made. We accept no responsibility for stylistic errors or typos; the Client is responsible for the accuracy of all supplied text.

The design process timeline begins on the first full day following receipt of payment.

Production begins only once we have received explicit approval of the digital proof(s) and, for ready-made collections, the remaining 50% of the quoted amount has been paid and cleared.

If a design does not proceed to production, any payments made to date, including the deposit, are non-refundable.

Belpapier does not accept orders for single pieces of occasion stationery or test prints.

PRODUCTION

Stationery designed in our studio is handcrafted. Production times therefore depend largely on the quantity and complexity of any changes made, including modifications to existing designs.

The average production time for invitations from our ready-made collections is 21 working days.

If you notice an error in your printed stationery, please notify us immediately. Errors attributable to the Client can be reprinted for an additional fee. Payment for redesign, reprinting and delivery must be made in full before any further design work begins.

Reprints required due to errors made by the Client will not be prioritised.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped by courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

We take great care when packing our products. If the parcel shows visible external damage, please refuse delivery.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract; however, design fees are non-refundable. If the Client cancels an order after paying the initial 50% of the quoted amount, this payment will not be refunded.

Under the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, Article 38), personalised products (including engraved items) are not eligible for returns, as personalisation prevents them from being resold.

COMPLAINTS

The Client must notify Belpapier of any complaint within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

Individual pieces may differ slightly due to their handcrafted finishing. Such variations are not considered defects and cannot be grounds for a complaint.

Minor colour differences may occur between the digital proof and the printed product. These are mainly due to individual monitor settings, graphics card models and operating system colour settings. Such variations are not considered defects and cannot be grounds for a complaint.
